During last seven years the plant “Legmash” realizes the modernization of its production. As a result of this modernization machines and equipment for metallurgical production will be produced.
Today it produces packing bobbins to wind metal cord and wire, rollers, piercer plugs, live rolls with placers, boxes for cutting wastes, modules of strand, air coolers, water-cooled boards, weld-fabricated metals, limekiln furnaces, stretcher mechanisms ПТМ, weld-fabricated building metals and other products.
For leading enterprises of Ministry of industry of the Republic of Belarus like JSC “BATE”, JSC “Avtogidrousilitel”, JSC Stankozavod “Krasny borets”, JSC “Orshaagroprommash”, JSC “Mogilevski zavod “Elektrodvigatel”, JSC “Borisovski zavod “Avtogidrousilitel”, RUE “Gomelski zavod stanochnykh uzlov” the plant “Legmash” produces details and assemblies for machinery construction, cast-iron and aluminium casting.
OJSC “Plant “Legmash” render services of industrial character: cutting of metal sheet products on gas-plasma cutting machine “AJAN” as well as details an assemblies machining (turning, milling etc.) for machinery construction. Besides, the sewing workshop produces working cloths: suits, overalls, gauntlets for workers of the company. We started to produce new products: hose suction filters for filtration and cleaning of the air in the arc-furnace melting shops of the metallurgical production.
According to the business plan of the plant development in 2012 the main investment projects were realized. One of them is “Development of production of metal constructions and creation of new manufacture of water-cooling elements”. New equipment to the amount of 7409,2 million rubles was purchased by this project. Metal constructions and water-cooling elements to the amount of 12,2
milliard rubles were produced under this project. The project “Development of the production of packing bobbins” was also realized. Financing to the amount of 614,4 million rubles realized at our own expense. The modernization of hardening works was realized. Financing to the amount of 298,4 million rubles realized at our own expense. One more successfully applied project is the organization of service metal center on the territory of the enterprise. Total investments volume forms 9726 million rubles.
This year the realization of new invest projects is provided according to the complex program of modernization of the plant “Legmash” for 2013-2015 years. One of them is “Modernization of machine-assembly department”. In the course of the realization of the project new equipment will be purchased and existing equipment will be modernized to the amount of 7972 million rubles (milling and portal-machining center with numerical control, twin-spindle knee-type milling superuniversal machine, inductive thermic plant ТВЧ, modernization with the complete overhaul of two screw-cutting lathes of the model 16К20 and two vertical milling machines of the model 6Р13). New equipment will allow mastering the processing of complex welded basic parts, decreasing the power intensity and laboriousness of output products as well as increasing the quality of output goods.
